It all starts out the
same... and every day you know that this is the day that everything is going to
change.
Today, everything will work out just like you have been planning in your head;
Breathe deeply, say positive attributes, do away with negativity, don't say the
wrong things, don't talk before thinking and watch the anger over little
things.
Looks complicated when you write it all down-doesn't it? Thinking and saying
these things seem so much easier!
It can be easier if we take it all one at a time-first, think about what
bothers you the most; Is it you or something you say or do?
Or is it someone else- think this through.....work on only this problem
today!
Maybe today you will decide to work on anger, so you listen to what everyone
says and more importantly how you respond.
If you want to have an angry response, go to your room, or a quiet space, take
deep breaths, think about what is really bothering you and then you can think
about your response more rationally.
Maybe, your problem is depression and not getting out of your room or house
enough.
Make a plan to do at least one thing that you wouldn't normally do; like talk
to a neighbor, going shopping, or being around a lot of people smiling and
laughing.
The important thing is to make sure you take care of yourself by doing the little
things first, then slowly work up to the things you find harder.
Whatever and however small it may seem to you at the time, you will soon
discover some wonderful new traits developing in your flowering personality.
